Twin Cities parks among the best in US
The cities of St. Paul and Minneapolis have some of the best parks in the Midwest, according to the latest ParkScore index released this week. St. Paul is ranked No. 2 followed by Minneapolis at No. 3. FOX 9's Bill Keller has the details.
