A St. Paul milliner, Angie Hall Sandifer of Angie?s Hats, has seen plenty of her creations at Churchill Downs and that trend continues this weekend. She perfected the art of hat making after a job change and never looked back. She does have ready-to-wear hats in her Lowertown studio if you?re in a pinch for a fabulous hat, but also does custom hats.
