Minnesota weather: Rainy and cool

Morning rain fades to patchy drizzle as we remain cloudy, cool, & breezy for this afternoon. Another wave of rain/storms pushes through this evening and into tonight (some storms could be strong across southern MN) ... then a few more waves of rain into Thursday.
