You've likely heard of Owamni by The Sioux Chef. It's a hit Minneapolis Restaurant specializing in Indigenous Cuisine. The Co-owner of the restaurant, Sean Sherman, is now being recognized for his impact on revitalizing Native Cuisine around the world. Sherman Landed on Time Magazine's list of the 100 Most Influential People of 2023. He joined Fox 9 Good Day to chat about the big honor.
