Minnesota weather: Rain, then heavy snow on Friday night

Rounds of rain expected in the Twin Cities on Friday, but there will be some large breaks. Regardless, certainly damp, chilly, and turning windy. Our rain switches to snow around or just after sunset with several inches likely Friday night.
