Minnesota weather: Snow Thursday into Friday; cold this weekend

Chilly sun as a few "sneaky" clouds roll by. Temperatures rise late Thursday night as we get a quick hit of 1-2 inches of snow between roughly 12 a.m. and 6 a.m. Friday. Then flirting with a thaw briefly Friday morning before cold and blustery winds cause temperatures to plunge through the day and into a frigid weekend.
