Miss Universe Laos visits Twin Cities Hmong community
Payengxa Lor has won Miss Universe Laos, becoming the first Hmong woman to do so. She was in the Twin Cities Thursday visiting family. and held a meet-and-greet with her fans. Lor says her dream is to study in the United States. She will be competing for the Miss Universe crown on Jan. 14, 2023, in New Orleans.
