A Minnesota State Fair favorite is now available year-round. West Indies Soul Food has opened up a takeout and delivery restaurant in St. Paul?s Frogtown Neighborhood. Owner and Chef Sharon Richards-Noel has been serving up authentic Caribbean cuisine since 1993. The new restaurant is at 839 University Ave W. They are open for delivery or curbside pickup. Online ordering is available Thursday - Saturday from 12pm -7pm.
