Chef Yia Vang's 2nd restaurant finds a temporary home

Fresh off his appearance on the Netflix reboot of ‘Iron Chef,’ Yia Vang is giving patrons a chance to try out his new restaurant without actually opening the space. He’s partnered with Steady Pour in NE Minneapolis, an event space and cocktail bar, to create the Vinai experience, in a temporary venue. The dinner series is a five-course meal with cocktail pairings. It’s a ticketed experience. The next series takes place on August 4th, 5th, 6th, 11th, 12th and 13th.
