Todd Axtell retires from St. Paul Police Department
Chief Todd Axtell market his last day with the St. Paul Police Department on Wednesday, June 1. He says his more than 30-year career has been "rewarding and wonderful." Wednesday was proclaimed Todd Axtell Day in Minnesota and St. Paul. He shared his final patrol with his son, a member of the St. Paul Police Department.
