Snow tapers as wind chill advisory kicks in Tuesday night
The heaviest snow has tapered off toward parts of northwest Wisconsin, leaving most of Minnesota to deal with a wind chill advisory tonight into tomorrow morning. Snowfall totals from the storm vary, as areas such as Duluth (17 inches), Little Falls (13) and Baxter (11) lead the state. Most of the metro saw between 4 to 7 inches, and will see wind chills tonight in the negatives.
