Animal rights supporters are calling again for prosecutors to bring formal charges against a chinchilla ranch that has gained national attention after the USDA revoked their license. Moulton Chinchilla Ranch, located south of Rochester, lost its license this fall after the USDA found violations of the Animal Welfare Act during inspections.
