New stretch gym opens in Eden Prairie

One easy way to improve your overall health is by stretching. It’s often a step people skip in their workout, but at Stretch Zone in Eden Prairie it is THE workout. The stretch studio opened at the start of the year. These types of specialty gyms are popping up all over the country and here in the Twin Cities because the benefits reach far beyond flexibility.
