Minnesota man puts up 'Peace Tree' in St. Paul as beacon of hope for new year

A newly erected "Peace Tree" aims to offer hope for the new year. Paul Langenfeld cut the 40-foot tall tree in Goodhue County, brought it to St. Paul, and put it on display with 280 feet of string lights.
