Light show celebrates the story of Christmas on a massive scale
The exterior of the Cathedral of St. Paul is the canvas for a new stunning light show that’s free for everyone to experience starting tonight, December 15th. Last year was the first year for this event. It was drive-up only. This year, there’s a new cinematic projection for the façade and an indoor component as well. The outdoor light show is called ‘The Beginning.’ It’s a walk-up show best viewed from Cathedral Hill. There are tickets to view it as a drive-up show on Sunday the 19th. The indoor immersive experience is projects hundreds of thousands of twinkling stars on the interior of the Cathedral. Tickets need to be reserved ahead of time on Event Brite’s website. There is also an outdoor market in courthouse. The events run through the 19th. For more information visit the Cathedral Heritage Foundation website.
