Kim Potter will testify in own defense at Daunte Wright shooting trial, attorney says
While questioning one of the potential jurors Tuesday morning, defense attorney Paul Engh confirmed former Brooklyn Center police officer Kim Potter will testify in her own defense at her trial. Potter is charged with two counts of manslaughter for shooting and killing Daunte Wright during a traffic stop last April.
