No signs of trauma, violence for couple found dead in Big Lake, Minn. home
BIG LAKE, Minn. (FOX 9) - The couple who was found dead at a home in Big Lake, Minnesota Tuesday morning has been identified as Michael Knox, 68, and Shirley Knox, 68.
The Knoxes were found at their home on Adams Avenue after a family member called police to request a welfare check. The couple had not been heard from in several days.
Preliminary autopsy results indicated there was no trauma to either of the Knoxes and no signs of violence at the scene, according to the Big Lake Police Department. Investigators are now awaiting toxicology results.
Police said the public is not at risk. The deaths remain under investigation.
