Staying safe around water in Minnesota

Minnesota’s pools and beaches are becoming main attractions again as the weather begins to warm toward summer, but officials are reminding those to stay safe around water.

An emergency response was called to Lake Nokomis on Monday after a lifeguard told authorities they might have seen a child go under the water.
