Two area codes in Minnesota required to use 10-digit dialing

People with a (952) or (218) area code must now dial all ten digits. Currently, people can place a call to a number in the same area code without the area code. But the FCC is changing the suicide hotline to be 988, and in Minnesota, those three numbers are used in phone numbers right after 952 and 218. The suicide hotline change will take effect in July of next year.
