World-class distillery with world-renowned distiller opens in Minneapolis

A new distillery will opens its doors August 19th in the Prospect Park neighborhood of Minneapolis. It’s a big deal for a few reasons; first the team behind O’Shaughnessy Distilling Co. is creating a new category of whiskey blending Irish and American traditions and techniques. Second, they lured one of Ireland’s top distillers to help them build it from the ground up. The old potato processing facility is now a state-of-the art distillery with three copper pot stills as the focal point. Their debut spirit is Keeper’s Heart Whiskey crafted by Master Distiller, Brian Nation. The distillery is open Thursday thru Saturday 4pm – 11pm and Sunday from 2pm to 8pm.
