Preserving plywood murals created in aftermath of George Floyd's death
Following the death of George Floyd last year, the plywood that went up at many businesses throughout Minneapolis and St. Paul became an unlikely canvas for expression. When businesses started taking down the boards, Minneapolis resident Kendra Zellner-Smith made it her goal to save as many as she could.
