The usual block party at Smack Shack has been transformed into an entire week of enjoying one of Minnesota's invasive species. Chef and owner Josh Thoma joined the Buzz to give us an update on Crayfest 2020, and he also delivered some pointers on exactly how to eat the freshwater crustacean.
