St. Paul Coffee & Yoga Shop Promotes Self-Acceptance

Yoga can be intimidating, but there's a studio in St. Paul’s North End that’s all about making it accessible to everyone, no matter your ability or size. In fact the studio is considered a ‘body-positive zone.’ But this yoga spot also has a coffee bar and is giving back to the neighborhood in a big way. It’s called ‘Real Life Coffee & Yoga’ and owner Gabrielle Hruska is following her dreams by opening this welcoming spot.
