Missing woman's remains found in storage unit: Presser
The St. Paul Police Department on Friday held a press conference to announce another missing woman's remains were found in a storage unit in the Twin Cities. Fanta Xayavong's remains were found in a storage facility this week on the 9100 block of University Avenue Northwest in Coon Rapids. Police have been investigating Joseph Jorgenson over the last few months due to his connection with missing woman Manijeh ?Mani? Starren. He was recently charged with her murder. During the investigation, a connection between Jorgenson and Xayavong came to light, and Xayavong has now been found deceased.
