Thursday forecast: Rain becomes snow in the afternoon

Rain moves into the Twin Cities later Thursday morning and then switches to snow in the early to mid-afternoon, with some slushy accumulations by the evening commute. That's when temperatures will dip back below freezing leading to some tricky travel late Thursday and Thursday night.
