Darrell Brooks trial: Mentally competent, despite numerous outbursts

Prosecutors argued Thursday before opening statements that the accused Waukesha Christmas parade attacker Darrell Brooks is mentally competent despite his numerous outbursts in court thus far. On Thursday, he was removed from the main courtroom and muted due to multiple interruptions. He then proceeded to take off his shirt, appeared to attempt to throw a shoe, and threatened to throw and break things.
