Snow sprinkles Minnesota in time for Super Bowl Sunday

It wouldn't be the Bold North without some last minute snow.

Light snow arrived Saturday morning and will stay for most of the day. But, it will only be about 1-3 inches for many areas, but some spots northeast of the metro could get locally 4” or 5”, with the metro likely seeing 2 or 3 inches.

Also watch out for the cold tonight with wind chills reaching 30 degrees below zero as we head into a very polar Super Bowl Sunday.
