E-bikes vs e-motos: Similar look, different speeds

As electric-powered rides continue to grow in popularity, Minnesota lawmakers are taking a closer look at the differences between e-bikes and e-motos. During a Senate committee hearing, officials discussed how the two are regulated differently, particularly when it comes to speed, safety requirements and where they can be used.
