Mass shooting victim’s family speaks

A downtown Minneapolis apartment complex became the scene of a mass shooting Wednesday, leaving two residents dead, three officers wounded and a community grieving. FOX 9’s Emily Pofahl spoke to the family of one victim’s family about the tragedy.
