Klobuchar elected governor: What happens to Senate seat?

Amy Klobuchar defeated Republican Lisa Demuth to become Minnesota's 42nd governor and the first woman elected to the office. Her victory also raises questions about who will temporarily fill her U.S. Senate seat before a special election next year.
