Minnesota State Fair's historic 4-H building set for renovation

Once the Minnesota State Fair ends on Labor Day, construction will begin to renovate the fair's historic 4-H building. The 87-year-old, three-story building will undergo an estimated $35 million transformation, with the project scheduled to be complete by the start of the 2027 state fair.
