Hurricane Polo hits Mexico, brings flooding to Southwest US

Hurricane Polo made landfall in Mexico on Tuesday, and the remnants are bringing heavy rain and flooding to Arizona and New Mexico. Some roads near Phoenix were covered by four to five feet of water. FOX 9 meteorologist Cody Matz reports.
