ICE agent appears in federal court for Minneapolis shooting

ICE agent Christian Castro appeared in federal court in St. Paul Friday morning on federal charges in connection with the Jan. 14 shooting of Julio Sosa-Celis, a Venezuelan immigrant, in Minneapolis during Operation Metro Surge. Castro, 52, has pleaded not guilty to all six counts of providing false statements to investigators.
