Minneapolis shooter's violent past includes numerous threats with firearm

Court records show the suspect in a mass shooting in a Minneapolis apartment complex had a long history of  making violent threats, including repeated threats to shoot people. He was also facing eviction after allegedly threatening staff at the apartment complex with a gun.
