Green Line extension prepares for 2027 opening

The Southwest Light Rail project, also known as the METRO Green Line Extension, is moving another step closer to its expected 2027 opening. Metro Transit is conducting emergency safety drills at SouthWest Station in Eden Prairie as crews prepare for the new line.
