MN winter storm: Road conditions deteriorating [8:30 a.m. update]

Heavy snow and blowing snow are causing problems on Minnesota roadways on Sunday morning. A vehicle became stuck on Highway 12 near Wayzata for more than 30 minutes due to snow-covered roads.
