Minneapolis, St. Paul leaders provide winter storm update

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey and St. Paul Mayor Kaohly Her held a Saturday afternoon news conference as a major winter storm is expected to hit the Twin Cities Saturday night and into Sunday. Both cities have already declared snow emergencies, and both cities are opening parking ramps for residents to move their cars.
