Rochester, Minn. blanketed with foot of snow

Rochester, Minn. is dealing with over a foot of snow after a major winter storm hit the region. Emergency Management Director Brett Knapp states that the snow fell fast, causing significant difficulties for emergency vehicles trying to reach medical calls.
