Circus of the Heart event promotes foster care, adoption

Every child deserves a safe, stable and loving place to call home. In Minnesota, hundreds of children in foster care are still waiting for a their permanent home family. Last year, Minnesota families adopted more than 500 children out of foster care. Rebecca St. George with the State Department of Children, Youth and Families joined FOX 9 News at 5 to promote their upcoming Circus of the Heart event to highlight foster care and adoption.
