MN weather: Hot and muggy on Wednesday

A hot and slightly humid Wednesday brings temperatures into the upper 80s and low 90s across much of the state. As clouds build in the afternoon, a stray pop-up storm or rumble can't be ruled out. FOX 9 meteorologist Cody Matz has the forecast.
