University of Minnesota unveils 175th anniversary ice cream flavor

The University of Minnesota celebrated its 175th anniversary by creating a special new ice cream flavor. Judges selected North Star Apple Crisp as the winner from about 500 submissions. FOX 9's Leah Beno has more.
