Mad Hatter Bakery and Cafe opens with British comfort food

British comfort food has arrived in Edina. The Mad Hatter Bakery and Cafe has opened at One Corporate Center with afternoon tea, scones, meat pies, sausages and custom cakes. The cafe is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday for takeout and afternoon tea. The full menu is available Thursday through Saturday. A traditional lunch will be served on Sundays by reservation. It's located at 7300 Metro Blvd.
