Ramsey Co Re-imagining Justice for Youth Initiative report [FULL]

The University of Minnesota Medical School released a report evaluating the Ramsey County Attorney’s (Re)Imagining Justice for Youth Initiative, which aims to improve outcomes for young people in the legal system. The report analyzes data from 2010 to 2024 to see if community-based approaches yield better results than traditional court processes.
