Champlin senior living facility celebrates first Grandparents Happy Hour

A Champlin woman pushed Minnesota lawmakers to change the state's liquor laws, and on Tuesday got to raise a glass. For the first time, residents at Amira Choice Senior Living celebrated "Grandparents Happy Hour" becoming legal, and FOX 9's Corin Hoggard was there.
