Duluth bans new single-family vacation rentals

Duluth City Council President Lynn Nephew joins us to discuss the city’s new rules for short-term rentals. The ordinance blocks new conversions of single-family homes into vacation rentals while allowing existing licensed rentals to continue and creating new enforcement measures for illegal, unlicensed rentals.
