Federal charges against Nasra Ahmed dismissed in ICE incident

A major update to a case that FOX 9 has been following for months. Somali-American Nasra Ahmed was charged in January with assaulting ICE agents in St. Paul. Those charges have been dismissed with prejudice, meaning they can't be filed again. FOX 9's Soyoung Kim has the story.
