Operation Metro Surge continues with fewer agents

Federal agents in Minnesota are scaling back as Operation Metro Surge continues, with roughly 2,000 agents still active in the state. This comes as the White House claims that more than 4,000 arrests have been made as part of the operation. FOX 9’s Bill Keller reports.
