Largest shared kitchen space in the state opens in North Minneapolis

In 2024, the Northside Economic Opportunity Network broke ground on a commercial kitchen facility. The $22 million dollar project is now open for entrepreneurs. NEON Collective Kitchens is 25,000 square feet, with 11 unique kitchens and five food hall counters. It was designed to help launch locally-owned food businesses. It's located on West Broadway Avenue near North Penn Avenue.
