Nor'easter slams East Coast with flooding, damaging winds

Cleanup is underway along the East Coast after a weekend nor'easter brought heavy rain, coastal flooding, damaging winds and power outages. Some areas received between 3 and 8 inches of rain. FOX 9 meteorologist Cody Matz reports.
