Fact-checking DHS's 'Worst of the Worst' arrest numbers

Each week, federal immigration leaders highlight the "worst of the worst" when it comes to arrests for Operation Metro Surge. State officials say a number of these arrests aren't the result of the operation. Instead, the ICE arrests came directly from state prisons. FOX 9's Rob Olson has more.
